Representative sampling
The PowerProof ® samplers allow a representative sample of powders to be taken at each stage of penetration of the probe into the material to be collected (various sizes ranging from 300 up to 1500 mm). Cross-sectional samples can be obtained from normally inaccessible parts of paper sacks, drums, big bags and bulk tanks.
Easy to clean
Due to its patented dismantling system, the 304L stainless steel boring tube and spiral are easily disconnected from the driver : they can then be totally cleaned and, if necessary, sterilised in an autoclave, without the use of tools.
Easy to handle
Powered by rechargeable batteries (pneumatic optional) this system is completely portable, independent and ergonomic. Depending on the direction of rotation it can be used for either sampling or purging. One driver motor can be used with all probes.
Reliability and robustness
The boring tube and its conveying screw are made from 100% stainless steel and all welds are made under argon atmosphere conditions. Their water tightness is controlled with dye penetration tests. Dead space is minimised to avoid contamination.
Precision engineering
The passivated finished stainless steel parts are fully tested before leaving our factory. All LaboControle ® samplers are precision engineered and designed to comply with the inspection requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, in accordance with BPF, GMP, FDA, HACCP, ISO recommendations and procedures for good sampling practices.
