An air cylinder extends a single moving plunger into material, then immediately withdraws, carrying sample of product.

The VolumControl ® is suitable for the taking of powders out of the process flow at atmospheric pressure. It can be mounted on a gravity line or on the wall of a silo/reactor. Full automatic operation if required.

Simple design for quality sample!

One moving plunger delivers an adjustable amount of product (18 to 100cc). Control unit selector adjusts cycle rate depending on the sampling volume/duration. Closed contamination free sample filling on any bottles/vials with appropriate adapter. Accurate sampling is provided suitable to physical, chemical, biological analysis.
