Description
The RPG model is designed for automatic sampling of bulk solids (granules, powders, flakes, pellets) from a hopper, reactor or process line.
The RPG model features a pneumatic cylinder and a rotary actuator. For sampling, the pneumatic cylinder pushes the sampling tube into the hopper, reactor or process line. Once fully extended, the rotary actuator rotates the sampling tube so that the sampling chamber is in the up position. The pneumatic cylinder then retracts the sampling tube. The rotary actuator then rotates the sampler tube until the sampling chamber is in the lowered position, discharging the sample.
