This Model SA sampler is designed for sampling pellets, powders, flakes, granules, grains and seeds from chutes and vertical chutes.
This sampler is based on the principle of a pneumatic rotary actuator that pivots a pelican-type diverter on an arc through the entire product flow. The deflector captures a sample, which then flows through a discharge tube located on the axis of rotation and parallel to the material flow. At standstill, the deflector rests under a dust seal, preventing fine particles from entering the deflector.
