VolumControl SAK Volumetric inline sampler for powders and granulesOperating principle Based on the principle of a double acting cylinder, the VolumControl SAK sampling system allows volumetric samples of powders or granules. The device can be installed on a gravity duct, on hopper wall or reactor wall . Its pneumatic operation is automated. A compact equipment for a quality sampling ! During a cycle, the sampler takes successively a predetermined quantity of product from the heart of the process and collects the sample in a screwed bottle at the outlet of the sampler. This patented easy-to-clean device ensures the representativeness of the sample for reliable physical , chemical or microbiological analysis. The well confined sampling which ensures operator safety and environmental protection has to be underlined. Each sampling sequence allows to collect a predetermined volume of product thus providing the possibility of a representative sample.
