Description
VolumControl type SAH 316 stainless steel sampler for volumetric in-line sampling of powders or granules.
A representative sample is taken by the sequential movement of a double-acting piston driving a shaft with a 40 or 50 cm3 capacity at its end. If sampling is by gravity, a gutter is provided to penetrate the flow and enable the piston to drive each movement, a predefined quantity of product is withdrawn and falls into the bottle at each retraction (volumetric sampling). The discharge line to the bottle is inclined at 30° to the vertical axis. If required, a 1/8″ connection to the filtered air network can be used to blow out the capacity and clean it.
