Description
The introduction of self-checking plans for Cronobacter spp. in the production environment of establishments manufacturing, mixing or packaging milk powders or infant milk products, and the growing number of checks in the agri-food industry, have led to an increase in the number of samples to be taken.
The ControlCollect carousel is designed to respond precisely to sampling specifications, and will therefore be able to collect "spot" and "medium" samples simultaneously.
Using a turntable and removable filling nozzle, the ControlCollect enables precise vial positioning while maintaining a perfect seal during vial filling.

Sample collection and storage capacity will depend on sampling specifications, in order to meet representativeness and reproducibility requirements. In its standard version, the product can hold 15 "spot" vials and 2 "medium" vials.
A sampler synchronized with its carousel
The ControlCollect control program (supplied with its optional control box ) can control any Labocontrole sampler located upstream. It will be activated when an empty sampling bottle (spot or medium) is positioned at the receiving end.
